Islamophobia in California

By now you may or may not have seen this clip of Republican bigots out in California. If not take a moment and watch it.



This is what happens when you have too many ignorant, uneducated bigots in one place. These people think they're real tough because they are harassing women and kids? One of them was even yelling "one nation under God....not Allah." Allah is just the Arabic word for God and not a name of a God so the woman is actually chanting "one nation under God......not God!" The fact that there are elected officials present at an event with so many ignorant people tells you all you need to know about the leadership structure in this country and why everything from the economy on down is a mess. 

That councilwoman basically suggested that she knows people who will come and kill the families that are attending the fundraiser. These are the psychos being elected to public office these days. Can someone ask these two congressman why they are sharing a stage with someone who is condoning murder? It turns out this woman has said stupid stuff publicaly in the past. Deborah Pauly had this to say about healthcare reform last year,

"Applauding this Health Care Bill is like applauding a mugging or a rape. Do you feel sodomized?"
