Apparently the White House Press Corps has been called back to work. Obama is addressing the nation at 10:30 PM Eastern (roughly half an hour from now). Very strange for it to happen this late on a Sunday night. They killed Qaddafi? Killed/Found Bin Laden? Found life on Mars? Speculate away.
